At Moms Pure Milk we have a 14-day return policy.

We believe it is very important that you, our customer, get the exact product you dreamed of, and with the same elegance and quality you imagined. So, for whatever reason, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return policy.

– If there is any damage due to shipping or if there are any missing parts/defective products, please contact us via our social media platforms or email within 24 hours of delivery to report them using at least 3 photos or one video showing the damage caused by the problem to issue a return request for your product.

– In case of change of opinion:

You have 48 hours after submitting your purchase order to cancel the order or make any changes in style, color, or dimensions. By communicating with us via social media platforms or email.

– Please note that the products are not recoverable in the following cases:

Damage caused by misuse or signs of corrosion.

The product has been used or modified.

Products you want to replace with different colors or sizes. (Currently, we do not offer a replacement service, which means you will need to return the product first and buy what you want instead).

– Refund:

The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for purchase within 5 days.

“Note” the return cost will be the same as the shipping cost and will be deducted from the refund amount.
