Delivery & Turnaround Time
All processed milk batches undergo mandatory microbiological and nutritional analysis before being released for delivery. This step is essential to ensure safety, quality, and transparency.
Due to this additional testing requirement, the total processing and delivery timeline is up to 10 working days from the completion of freeze drying.
Once testing is finalized, preserved milk will be dispatched directly to the client.
Home delivery is available across the UAE. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Clients will receive order status updates via email throughout the process.
Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to external factors beyond our control.
Important Processing & Quantity Disclaimer
As part of mandatory safety and quality testing, one sealed batch from each processed order is retained and submitted for laboratory analysis.
This means the total quantity of preserved milk returned to the client will be slightly less than the original processed volume.
A nutritional analysis report corresponding to the tested batch will be provided to the client along with the preserved milk.
By proceeding with our services, clients acknowledge and accept the required testing process, adjusted turnaround time, and minor quantity reduction as part of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the highly sensitive, personalized, and consumable nature of breast milk preservation, all services and processed products are final and non returnable.
