MPM employs stringent quality assurance protocols under ISO 8 cleanroom internal practices.

4.1. Processing Standard
We freeze-dry only the milk submitted by the same mother, and only if it meets all of the following requirements:
– Arrives frozen solid at or below 0°C (verified upon intake);
– Is stored in hygienically sealed, approved storage bags with visible labeling;
– Shows no signs of tampering, leakage, tears, or foreign contamination.

4.2. No Additives or Alterations
The milk you submit is the milk we return. We do not:
– Add preservatives, thickeners, or nutritional additives;
– Dilute, reconstitute, or chemically alter your milk in any way;
– Mix or batch-process milk from multiple sources.

4.3. Contactless Protocol
From intake to freeze-drying, your milk is processed in isolated units. Every submission is traceable by a unique batch number, ensuring strict separation and zero cross-contamination.

4.4. Disqualification & Disposal
Milk that does not meet our intake criteria will not be processed and will be discarded in accordance with UAE biohazard disposal regulations. You will be notified in such cases. Unprocessed milk will not be returned.

4.5. Packaging Integrity
Final products are sealed in tamper-evident, food-grade packaging with the mother’s name, batch ID, and freeze-dry date. Once delivered, MPM is not liable for improper handling or storage.

4.6. Shelf Life & Usage Guidelines
When stored in its original sealed packaging and kept in a cool, dry environment, the freeze-dried milk is shelf-stable for up to three (3) years from the date of processing. Once opened, the contents must be consumed within one (1) month, provided the packaging is resealed and stored according to the handling instructions printed on the label. MPM is not responsible for safety or nutritional integrity beyond these timeframes.
